Thank you for your interest in Incognito Concealment’s wholesale dealer program. We appreciate the opportunity to work with you and your company to sell our high-quality US-made holsters. There is a significant opportunity to generate high profits by adding this additional revenue stream to your business. Incognito Concealment ensures the highest level of quality holsters for concealed carry, duty, and competition. We offer wholesale pricing on our standard high-volume holster models. You can refer to our dealer sheet for specific models and pricing breakdowns on our standard items. Anything not on that list would be considered a Custom Holster.

How to Place an Order/Payments

To place an order you can do it over the phone or send us an email with the desired models and quantities. If the order is only standard items, payment is due when the label is created. Pre payment is always appreciated. Orders over 50 units require to be paid in full up front. We can send a Quickbooks invoice via email which can be paid via credit card or bank transfer. You also can mail us a check. Orders paid with a check will ship as soon as the check clears. Payments can also be made via card over the phone. Credit Card purchases will be subject to a 4% surcharge due to our slim margins.

MAP Pricing

We do take our MAP Pricing seriously for our dealers. This protects and ensures your profitability. Nothing is worse than being able to get an amazing product but not make a good profit on it. Any dealer selling below MAP pricing is subject to termination from the program.

Lead Time

Incognito Concealment has a full-time production facility located in Sterling Heights, Michigan. We employ best practices and high-quality control to ensure we are producing the highest quality holsters on the market. Production times vary based on the size of the order. Below is a rough estimate of our lead times. Custom holsters are harder to put an exact lead time on because the less custom items are much faster than items such as Appendix Rigs and Level 2’s. We share this information with you to ensure delivery and inventory management. As we continue to grow and scale, our lead times will decrease. If you have any questions, please contact your dealer representative.

Approximate Lead Times

  • 5-20 Units: 1-3 Business Days
  • 21-50 Units: 4-6 Business Days
  • 51-100 Units: 6-10 Business Days
  • 101-500 Units: 10-20 Business Days

Shipping

We cover the shipping costs and ship via UPS Ground on any order over 10 units.

Returns/Warranty

Incognito Concealment offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of our products. If the product is defective, broken, or the correct firearm does not fit into the holster, the customer has 2 options.

  1. If you have another of the same SKU you can replace the customer's holster and we will send you a new one or we will replace it on your next order.
  2. The customer can reach out directly to us via phone, email or in person and we will service or replace the product.

Minimum Advertised Price (Map) & Marketplace Policy

We recognize that our mutual success is tied to the success of our network of select authorized dealers. We also know that many of our dealers invest significant time and resources to deliver an extraordinary customer experience. We want to protect their ability to do so, while at the same time discouraging price-based advertising that would be detrimental to our dealers service and support efforts. As a result, Rounded Gear has established a Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”) & Marketplace Policy. Violating our MAP Policy or selling Rounded Gear products on any 3rd party Marketplace will result in immediate suspension of selling privileges.

Refunds/Returns

The majority of Incognito Concealment holsters are made at the time of order to the exact specifications and preferences chosen by the customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on items that were made correctly according to the customer's order form. An order may be canceled up to 24 hours after it is placed, provided that production has not already begun. If you would like to cancel an order, the request must be sent in writing via email. Please include your name, phone number, order number, and reason for cancelation in the email.  Cancelation requests must be emailed to: sales@incognitoconcealment.com. Custom orders returned or canceled after the 24 hour period are done so at our discretion and may be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping will be arranged and paid for by the customer. By placing an order with us, you are consenting to our terms and conditions, to include our return and cancelation policy.

Lifetime Warranty

Incognito Concealment offers a Lifetime Warranty on all of our holsters for the original owner for manufacturer defects. If you feel your product is defective, broken, or does not fit correctly, please contact us via phone at (586) 257-1686 or email at sales@incognitoconcealment.com. We may request photos or videos for further clarification of the issue. If we deem the product to be damaged or defective from the factory, we will issue repairs as necessary, up to and including completely replacing your product as well as paying return shipping.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on our quick ship inventory items because we believe in our products. Reference our page of quick ship items here. These items are eligible for return or exchange if you are dissatisfied with them for any reason. This does not include shipping to or from shipping costs. We do not sell used holsters so if the product has been damaged it will not be eligible for return.
